Methods of using and average dosages:
Check the flavor of individual tolerance before using!
Inhalation: hot - to 1-2 drops (5-6 min); cold - to 5-7 minutes;
Aroma smoking rooms: to 3-4 drops for 15 m2;
Baths: common both - to 3-5 drops; sit both – to 1-3 drops for the feet - to 3-4;
Massage, rubbing: 7.4 to 10ml. with the basic oil;
Reflection massage: mix 3 drops with 4-5 drops macadam, avocado and other oils, scrape on head, temple and nape. Scrap on palm case of fear and fatigue, and also for emotional concentration /during exams/;
Compresses: oily- mix 3-5 drops with 5ml. basic oil and put on the irritable and painful parts of the body.
aquatic- mix 5-7 drops with 200ml. water, then wet the bandage, squeeze out and put on the spiny, painful, irritable parts of the body.
Hair mask: mix 4-7 drops with clay, balsam, macadam oil /5-7ml./ scrap on head skin /hair/ wrap up and keep 10-15 minutes.
Internal use: mix 4-5 drops with 50ml. honey, jam and use ½ spoon mixture in thee morning and evening. Drink it with coke, yoghurt, tea.
Aroma brushing: Scrap on the clear brush teeth or /1:1 with macadam oil/
Safety: Phototoxic- don’t scarp on the skin after sunbath, don’t use during pregnancy, is not advisable for the people, who have high degree of hypertension. Never scrap on the undiluted skin, don’t use externally in case of sensitive skin /possible irritation/. In case of internal use sometimes can be arose burp of air. The reactions are natural.
