Method of Preparation
- Cut meat (or fish) into small pieces (if desirable).
- For seasoning the meat (or fish), spread a teaspoon per pound (½ KG).
- You may add salt, pepper, chopped onions at your preference.
- Keep the seasoned meat (or fish) at temperature between 39.3F and 50F (+4 +100) for a minimum of 30 minutes, and maximum of 24 hours.
- Grill, Smoke, or Broil after seasoning the food and enjoy your meal.
