Use of MANANA Barbecue Spice

Method of Preparation

  1. Cut meat (or fish) into small pieces (if desirable).
  2. For seasoning the meat (or fish), spread a teaspoon per pound (½ KG).
  3. You may add salt, pepper, chopped onions at your preference.
  4. Keep the seasoned meat (or fish) at temperature between 39.3F and 50F (+4 +100) for a minimum of 30 minutes, and maximum of 24 hours.
  5. Grill, Smoke, or Broil after seasoning the food and enjoy your meal.
