Herbal teas of MANANA brand are made from dried and busted thyme, mint, black tea and mixes of them.
After purchasing, teas's row materials passed cleaning process in special facility, during which they are cleaned from other types of plants, and after which are taken to the depot with the aim of drying. After drying, only leaves and heads of flowers are taken from the plants, which are processed through the special method, and then, the mix are finally cleaned finally. After all these processes, the ready row materials for the ready teas are placed in special tars and taken from the cleaning facility to the packaging facility. In packaging facility, the row materials are being packed in one use pockets with the German packaging machine, which is provided for that process.
Then, the pockets are passed quality control process by workers, and then they are placed to separate pockets or bags, then 25 or 30 bags are taken to the boxes. Loose teas are packaged in packets of differnet weights; 100, 200, 250 gr. The ready products are taken and kept in special depots, with the aim of keeping them away from the dampness.
All the experiments regarding to the teas are made in the facility laboratory. The facility laboratory is satiated with high quality specialists and modern equipments, through which the experiences of the herbal teas and plants are made.
Regarding to the processing methods of our teas row materials and leaves, must be mentioned the fact, that in difference with other thyme or similar herbs cleaning technologies, our teas have higher quality. Row materials of our teas pass six step bolt and dust removal process, and for that reason we are surely and proudly offer our products, which have no equality.
Both the products and the facility are fully in comparison with the technical conditions of RA.TC 39188116.5235-2009 demands.
