MANANA thyme, mint and tarragon essential oils are made through the method of distillation with smoke.

Row materials are kept in special depot. Before taking the row materials to the facility, they are being detailed researched and cleaned from the other plants.

Prior distillation and final cleaning are done with Czech glass equipments and lines of “SIMAX” brand, which are in comparison with international standards.

Loading and exhausting the row materials into the apparatus are done by the operator /not automatically/, which gives possibility to control the technological process much more strictly.

The necessary smokes for the distillation are made by the smoke boiler or kettle, which works through electricity.

All the current and conclusive experiments regarding to the essential oils are done in the laboratory: The laboratory of the facility is satiated with high quality specialists and modern equipments, through which the experiences of the plants and essential oils are done.

After passing the experiencing process, the ready product is packaged in dark glass flacons.

The essential oils are fully in comparison with the technical conditions RA.TC.39188116.5234-2007 demands.
